One Month Later

Our sweet little Macy is now a month old...very hard to believe it's already been a whole month! I just wanted to share a few pictures and give an update on how she's adjusting to life at home. Macy is so laid back and very sweet. She loves to cuddle but is perfectly content hanging out in her swing or bouncy most of the time too. She absolutely adores her big brother and the feeling is mutual. Yesterday Dalton told me that his baby sister is his best friend...how sweet!! Joey loves her too and Macy doesn't mind at all when he wants to give her "kisses" (kinda gross, I know!) She is sleeping for a 7 hour stretch at night...unfortunately it's from 6:30pm to 1:30am, but after a bottle she goes right back to sleep until Daddy gets up for work. She really is such a good baby and she has just fit so effortlessly into our little family. The adjustment has not been near as challenging as I expected it to be - for any of us. Macy has started giving us the sweetest little grin that is clearly happiness, it is a completely different look from her gassy face...a Mommy knows! I haven't been able to capture it in a picture yet, but as soon as I do I will be sure and post it. Hope you all enjoy the pictures I have managed to get:
