Today Nick and I are celebrating our three year wedding anniversary. Three years ago today, we went to the Harris County Courthouse and tied the knot. It wasn't glamourous or fancy, but we were both incredibly happy. We spent last evening reflecting on that day and how far we've come in the short time we've been married. After making it official, we went to Olive Garden to celebrate. He secretly ordered a whole chocolate cake that the waitstaff brought out at the end of the meal as our "wedding cake". That's my Nick. That was a great day. One month after that day, we had a wedding ceremony with our family and friends in Nick's hometown of Childress, TX. That was a beautiful day, too and one I will always remember and hold dear. Just wanted to say Happy Anniversary to the wonderful man I married...twice!
