Best weekend party ever!

This past Friday we had the best weekend party ever. We call it that because of a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song called "The Best Easter Party Ever"...Dalton loves the song, so Nick (in typical Nick fashion) changed up the words so we could sing it all the time - seriously we sing it every Friday. I know, I know - we're the biggest dorks ever, but try to ignore our melodious vocals and just watch the kiddos do the dance...it's pretty cute.

After the song, we attempted to get Dalton in his pirate costume, but as you'll note from the previous post, we were not successful. So he just wore an orange shirt and some jeans and off we went to the Houston Symphony Pops concert at the Pavilion. It was really a neat evening. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is minutes from our house and is a beautiful concert venue right on the Woodlands Waterway. There are beautiful views of parks, water and sky all around the Pavilion, it is quite a place.
Anyway, the Symphony was putting on a Halloween themed concert and they had booths all over with fun activities for the kids. Radio Disney was there along with lots of people dressed up in costumes (which Dalton did NOT like, he was pretty scared of the people who were dressed up).

When we got up to the lawn to watch the concert, the kids had so much fun running up and down the hill. Unfortunately, by the time I got the video camera out, Dubbs was running out of steam. The video is cute anyway...
