Baby Macy gets "Showered"

This past weekend, my family threw us a shower for Baby Macy. It has been planned for a while now, so when I was put on limited duty last week I was still determined to make it to Dallas for the shower. I am so glad we did, too! It's always great to see our family and our very dear friends. I'm not gonna lie, I was wiped OUT by Sunday afternoon and definitely wasn't feeling too great...but it was worth it. My family did a great job of putting the whole thing together and letting me just sit and enjoy the company and the gifts!! Dalton got to see all of his cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, etc. and the joy that brings to him is priceless. Baby girl got LOTS of adorable outfits and blankeys...she is one lucky little girl to have so many people who already love her!

So I am washing and hanging up all of the little girl clothes and now I am starting to get eager to meet her! We go to the Dr. tomorrow and are hoping everything looks good with my sugars and blood pressure so I can return to my normal activities!

Ooh...Ralph Lauren! I told Nick that my little girl is going to be better dressed than I am. Guess I should venture outside of Target for my clothes after she is born.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a sweet and special day for me and Nick. We so enjoyed seeing everyone and look forward to seeing you all again in October when our little girl makes her big debut!!
