Happy Birthday Baby Boy!

Ok, so he's really not so much a baby any more. Dalton is 2 today!! Happy Birthday, Dubbs! It has been a whirlwind of a day. I will post all the details of the all-day, on-going celebration we had tomorrow. Tonight, it is bedtime and I just wanted to make sure and get Dalton's birthday wish in on time! This morning he had his 2-year-old check-up at the doctor. His official stats are: 28 lbs. and 35" long (50th and 40th percentile, respectively). He also proved to be extremely ticklish as Dr. Tamm inspected his ears and "diaper area". But was very cooperative when she wanted to look at his throat...first he grabbed the tongue depressor and made it clear that that thing wasn't going back in his mouth, then he opened wide and said "ah" for her just like a big boy...no tongue stick necessary. The rest of the day involved lots of fun, many balloons and very little rest. Dalton finally went from 90 to 0 at about 6:30 this evening and is expected to sleep all night, so the rest of us are ready to get some sleep too. Tomorrow I will have some pictures and better birthday details!!
