Getting back to life

We finally got our new computer all set up and ready to go! The past week has been a bit rough, so blogging just hasn't happened. First, Anniston got sick with strep throat. Then Dalton came down with some tummy trouble which was sad, but also very gross! Then last night I started feeling awful...my throat is so sore it hurts to move my neck and my head aches like it's about to explode! My sweet, wonderful amazing doctor called me in some antibiotics without having to see me. She agreed if I was exposed to it and I have the symptoms, she's treating it as strep. Great, just what I needed! But I'm hoping with Amoxicillin and Tylenol I will survive.

So now that the computer is up and running, I have pictures that we've taken recently for random reasons. I have tired/medicine head, so I'm not up for recapping much in words. Here are some pictures to catch up on what's happened around here lately.

This one was taken a while back in Nick's Jeep. It was on one of the boys' Saturday morning breakfast runs. Nick thought Dalton looked right out of Top Gun...I thought he looked like the unibomber.
Dalton refused to take his baseball hat off for his bath, he insisted he was getting ready to go to a baseball game. He wore the hat to bed that night and first thing in the morning was ready to go watch one of Nolan's baseball games with Nana. Poor guy, it never happened.
Joey and Dalton love to snuggle each other...so sweet.
Dalton loves to brush Anniston's hair. But don't try to get a brush near his head...not gonna happen!
This is a new thing we do! Dalton has become a head banger. He will "fall down" (on purpose) face first into the floor or a piece of furniture and hit his forhead. Then he usually says, "I'm okay". This time he chose to hit his head on the sidewalk out front...he wasn't okay. I think he will have a permanent lump/scab/bruise on his forhead until he learns that this head banging stuff isn't worth it.
Crazy as he may be, he still has a winning smile! I'm just glad he didn't decide to head bang the tree (again!)
One proud Daddy
All caught up! It's back to the OB for me next week...hopefully we will have another good report. I've got a rant about customer service representatives at AT&T wireless I'm trying to decide if I will blog about it. I'm so fired up over it, but am too tired right now to get on a soap box...maybe later!
