Marking my calendar for April 10th!

The only reason I even knew about the Hollywood writers' strike was because all of a sudden there were no new episodes of my absolute favorite TV show airing on Thursday nights. I don't watch the Late Night shows and have lost my fervor for any and all CSI's, Without a Trace and Cold Case...okay maybe not Cold Case, it always stirs the emotions and I'll probably try and catch it on Sunday evenings. Never got into Grey's or any of the other trendy shows, but after one episode of The Office, I was forever a fan. So when I read the following article on Yahoo! I did a little happy dance and had to share the good news:

"When we last saw 'The Office' Jan had sued Dunder Mifflin for wrongful termination and brought Michael to arbitration as a witness. But when it became clear that Jan never had much respect for Michael, the devoted regional manager sided with the company and their relationship bit the dust. On a more romantic note, Jim and Pam are still lucky in love... and we hope they still will be by the time the show comes back! The show is expected to shoot 6 new episodes to begin airing on April 10."

YEA! Can't wait. Another show Nick and I were getting into when The Strike started is Pushing Daisies. It's a little strange, but we're intrigued and looking forward to it's return as well. Good communication brings about good things and change is inevitable and healthy...I'm just glad to have my shows back!
